New Horizon Properties got its start in 1992 and planted its roots in Englishtown, NJ. Since then, we
have expanded and developed properties all throughout New Jersey. We pride ourselves on integrity,
honesty, and a high level of morality. Our company was started by two young brothers who had a vision
and a dream. They knew their dreams came true when their children took suit and followed in their
footsteps. We now look to make other dreams come true from creating places for businesses to grow
and safe and beautiful residences for people to live. We look forward to seeing our communities’
